Inama “Vin Soave” Soave Classico DOC 2022 – Country: Italy – Capacity: 0.75 Inama It is called ‘Vin Soave’ and is, pun intended, a Soave Classico DOC. A classic, harmonious and intense wine, it is made from Garganega grapes from the Soave Classico area, a hilly zone capable of expressing itself with wines of extraordinary finesse. Vinified in stainless steel, this Soave presents itself in the glass with a beautiful bright straw yellow colour. The aromas are delicate and pleasant. They are reminiscent of wild flowers, camomile, elderflower and iris. On the palate, on the other hand, it is richly mineral, with an almond aftertaste, typical of Garganega Classica. Easy to pair, it is a satisfying accompaniment to any meal, from aperitifs to main courses of white meat or fish.
